Working with creative agency Hodes to build and manage a multi-platform portfolio of engaging careers-focussed content. Bringing together Dixons Carphone colleagues from across brands and countries, our content strategy created an energetic visual identity that conveyed the talent and ambition of the company to potential new hires.
We put strategy into practice by activating across multiple employee and candidate touch points, from a new careers website, L&D platform and store managers’ toolkit to social/content marketing and cheeky attraction campaigns.
Since the new careers site went live in February 2016, hundreds of thousands of people have been inspired to apply for Dixons Carphone roles after engaging with our content – resulting in thousands of new hires.
