Or at least, an arc within a larger arc. The Syria crisis is entering a new phase; civil war. Amidst a background of indecision from the international community and stubborn veto waving from Russia and China, the troubled country’s opposition is beginning to take up arms.
Al Jazeera discuss the issue with a variety of experts, noting that many Syrians now see fighting the Assad regime “as not just an option, but a duty”.
